Product Features

The product has excellent permeability, allowing it to penetrate deeply into the pores of concrete or cement surfaces. It effectively seals the capillary pores of the substrate, preventing the infiltration of moisture, oil, and other contaminants, while enhancing the substrate's density and strength.

The product offers excellent adhesion, firmly bonding to concrete or cement surfaces to form a dense and durable coating, providing an ideal foundation for subsequent painting or coating applications.

Application Scope

Epoxy cement sealer primer is widely used as a sealing base coat for concrete or cement surfaces.

Including: indoor and outdoor walls, floors, and slabs of residential buildings; workshop floors, walls, and equipment foundations in industrial plants; bridge decks, culverts, and roadbeds of roads and bridges; and water conservancy facilities such as reservoirs, pools, pipelines, etc.

Coating System

It is suitable for concrete floors requiring high wear resistance and chemical resistance, such as factory workshops, warehouses, parking lots, and similar environments.

Primer: Epoxy Cement Sealer Primer      Topcoat: Epoxy Floor Paint

It is suitable for concrete floors requiring high gloss and easy cleaning, such as shopping malls, supermarkets, hospitals, and similar environments.

Primer: Epoxy Cement Sealer Primer      Topcoat: Acrylic Polyurethane Floor Paint

It is suitable for concrete surfaces in areas requiring impact resistance, immersion, or burial, such as bridges, concrete surfaces in splash zones of ports, and similar environments.

Application Methods

    Application Temperature: -5°C ～ 40°C

    Mixing: Stir thoroughly using power tools or manual tools to ensure even mixing.

    Mixing Ratio: Base/ Hardener = 5/1 (by weight)

Drying Time & Recoating Interval

Surface Preparation：

    Coating construction should be carried out one month after the concrete has been poured. If there are special circumstances requiring urgent coating, the surface should be treated with special methods, and coating can only proceed after the surface is completely dry.

    Before construction, ensure that the concrete or cement surface is clean, dry, and free from oil stains, dust, loose materials, and other contaminants.

Safety Measures：

    1、Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

    2、If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water or an appropriate cleaning agent. If paint comes into contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.  

    3、Ensure adequate ventilation. 

    4、The paint contains flammable substances. Keep away from sparks and prohibit smoking in the vicinity. 

    5、Comply with all health and safety regulations on-site.

Storage：

    Store in a dry and cool environment, away from heat sources and open flames. Keep the container tightly sealed.

    Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production (at 25°C).
