It exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion from various chemical media, including acids, alkalis, salts, seawater, and atmospheric conditions, effectively protecting steel surfaces from corrosion.

It provides strong adhesion to rusted or minimally prepared steel surfaces, allowing direct application onto rusted surfaces without the need for complex surface treatment.

It can be applied to damp surfaces and offers excellent adhesion, ensuring effective anti-corrosion performance even in humid environments.

Coating Storage

    Suitable Undercoat: Rusted bare steel and most existing paint films.

    Suitable Topcoat: Epoxy topcoat, Acrylic Polyurethane Topcoat, Fluorocarbon Topcoat, etc.

Application Method

    Application Temperature：5℃～40℃

    Mixing: Use a power tool or manual tool to thoroughly mix until uniform.

    Mixing Ratio: Base/Hardener = 5/1 (by weight).

    Pot Life:

Application Methods: Air spraying, brush application, roller application (specialized).

Drying Time & Recoating Interval

Surface Treatment  

    Use a wire brush to remove any loose or flaking material before application. For old paint films such as Fluorocarbon or Chlorinated Rubber, ensure the surface is as clean as possible.

Safety Measures          

    1、Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

  2、If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water or an appropriate cleaning agent. If paint comes into contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately. 

    3、Ensure adequate ventilation.

    4、The paint contains flammable substances. Keep away from sparks and prohibit smoking in the vicinity.

    5、Comply with all health and safety regulations on-site.

Storage

    Store in a dry and cool environment, away from heat sources and open flames. Keep the container tightly sealed.

    Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production (at 25°C).
