Product Features
Zinc Purity of 96% in Dry Film: Exceeds conventional zinc-rich coatings, providing efficient cathodic protection to metal surfaces and comprehensive corrosion resistance.
Triple Anti-Corrosion Protection: Combines electrochemical protection, barrier isolation, and corrosion inhibition to ensure all-round anti-corrosion performance for metal materials.
Weldable Coating: The coating can be directly welded without compromising welding quality. Additionally, the coating is resistant to damage during cutting and welding processes.
Excellent Salt Spray Resistance: The product withstands salt spray environments for up to 3000 hours, making it suitable for harsh conditions such as coastal areas and acidic/alkaline environments.
Single-Component Design: Simply stir thoroughly before application by brushing or spraying. Easy and fast operation significantly saves construction time.

Applications
Cold Galvanizing Paint is suitable for anti-corrosion coating on surfaces such as steel structures and metal components. It can be used as an on-site cold-spray zinc anti-corrosion primer for steel structures.
It serves as a replacement for Hot-Dip Galvanizing, Thermal Spray Zinc, Epoxy/Inorganic Zinc-Rich Primers, and is ideal for repairing Electro-Galvanized and Hot-Dip Galvanized anti-corrosion coatings.
It can be applied in various industries, including:Bridges.Power Facilities.Communication Base Stations.Oil, Chemical, and Metallurgical Industries (e.g., storage tanks, pipelines, valves).Elevator Cars.Mechanical Equipment and other metal anti-corrosion applications.

Surface Treatment:
The surface of the steel to be coated must be thoroughly cleaned of oil, oxidized skin, rust, old coating, etc. Shot blasting or sand blasting method can be adopted to reach the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5 grade, with a roughness of 30-70 μm; or hand-operated rust removal method can also be adopted to reach the Swedish rust removal standard St3 grade, with a roughness of 30-70 μm.
Security Measures:
1. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
2. When paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water or appropriate detergent. If paint comes into contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
3. Ensure good ventilation.
4. Paint contains flammable substances, please keep away from sparks and prohibit smoking in the adjacent area.
5. Observe all health and safety regulations on site.
Storage:
Store in a dry and cool environment, away from heat and ignition sources. The drum must be kept closed.
Storage period: 12 months from date of manufacture (25°C)
