UV Paint, also known as ultraviolet curing paint, primarily consists of oligomers, reactive diluents, photoinitiators, and additives. Oligomers serve as the basic film-forming substance, while photoinitiators trigger polymerization reactions under ultraviolet light.

UV Paint has distinctive characteristics: it dries extremely quickly, curing within seconds, which enhances production efficiency; it offers excellent performance, including high hardness, wear resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance; and it is environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, with low VOC content.

It has a wide range of applications, commonly used in wood coatings such as furniture and wooden flooring; it is also used for plastic products like mobile phones and automotive interior parts; and it can be applied to paper glazing and surface treatment of metal products, providing excellent protection and decorative effects.

Application Scope

UV Paint is widely used across various substrates and environments. In terms of substrates, it is suitable for wood, such as furniture and wooden flooring; metals, such as doors, windows, and hardware; and plastics, such as household appliance casings.

Surface Treatment：  

The substrate needs to undergo pre-treatment before spraying.

Storage：

    Store in a dry and cool place away from heat sources and fire sources. The packaging bucket must be kept sealed.    

    Storage mode: 5℃ - 35℃ 

    Storage duration: Below 45 degrees Celsius, 6-12 months from the date of production (unopened) 

Safety measures ：         

    1、Avoid contact with skin and eyes. 

    2、In case of paint coming into contact with skin, wash it off with warm water or an appropriate cleaning agent. If paint gets into eyes, rinse with plenty of water immediately and seek medical attention promptly. 

    3、Ensure good ventilation. 

    4、The coating contains flammable substances. Please keep away from sparks and refrain from smoking in the vicinity. 

    5、Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
